Federal Skilled Worker

This program also comes under the Express Entry immigration system. The program is for skilled workers with foreign work experience who want to migrate  to Canada permanently. This program has various selection factors, including age, education, work experience, whether you have a valid job offer, English and French language skills, and adaptability. These factors are a part of the 100-point grid, and the current pass mark is 67 points.


Provincial Nominee Program

This program comes under the non-Express Entry immigration system. To be eligible for this program, students must meet the minimum requirements of one of the province or territory's non-Express Entry streams and be nominated under that stream. In this PR category, students are allowed to work in the same provinces or territory for which they have applied for at least 2 to 3 years.
